Hotel Kyungsung - Busan

The rooftop terrace is a lovely spot to relax.

I encountered issues with the room key, as it stopped working multiple times, quite frustrating. The bathroom had a strong sewer smell that lingered during my entire stay. Communication with the staff at the concierge desk was very poor, which left me feeling unassisted when I needed help.

The hotel was overall clean with a modern design. Particularly good location with restaurants and bars walking distance to the place. Thoroughly enjoyed really cool area. Walking distance to an underground station, convenient. Incredible base for exploring Busan.

Every detail was really good and I truly enjoyed it. I got a good sized room with modern design, a great bathroom and a very comfy bed...

Really enjoyed my stay! The huge bathroom in my Beautiful Double Room with Bath was a highlight. It was super close to the station. Got a free breakfast too! Only downside was the room key acting up a bit.

It was in a perfect location close to Seomyeon Medical Street. Further, it was short walk to many coffee shops as well as korean restaurants, metro station and department store, and several convenience stores nearby.

The staff were amazingly nice during my stay. The room I booked was always kept very clean daily and available with a very comfy bed and ample space, for example.

The concierge couldn't communnicat at all in english, just unthinkable for a hotel. My first room had a faulty toilet seat, and shockingly, so did the second one. After a terrible experience, i certainly expected a complimentary gift but alas, i left instead. What a waste of time.

The complimentary coffee on the top floor, the cute staff, the spacious toilet was grewt.

The hotel offers a modern vibe and is very clean, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. I particularly loved how bright and spacious my Beautiful Double Room with Bath was. The proximity to a multitude of seafood restaurants was a good bonus, offering great dining options within walking distance.

I found that the concierge communication could be clearer to enhance guests' experiences.

The room was so comfy with air conditioning and a balcony. Loved the tv and the kitchenette with a fridge to keep drinks cold. The private bathroom came stocked with toiletries and a hairdryer. Just steps from the subway and cozy cafes make it perfect for laying back after exploring the city.

Great location and clean room. Wi-Fi was solid. No luggage storage, inconvenient.

Hotel Kyungsung is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated, making for a pleasant ambiance. Its prime location offers easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the subway, enhancing convenience. The rooms are spotless, quiet, and feature comfortable bedding. The staff is exceptional, contributing to a memorable stay. Plus, it's just a short distance from the city center.

The friendly staff made everything smooth, and i loved the comfortable room and hotel rooftop terrace. The location was also fantastic, just a short walk from the metro station.

Hotel Kyungsung is a stylish new hotel located in a lovely area, just a stone's throw from the metro station and a department store. The modern interiors and spacious rooms make for a comfortable stay, with extremely comfy beds. The staff is exceptionally helpful and thoughtful, always attentive to guests' needs.
